In this case, as well as in State v. Antoci, State v. Suich and State v. Galich, Nos. 9134, 9135 and 9136, Court of Common Pleas, Fairfield County, the defendant was charged with an attempt to wilfully injure a gas pipe, or an appurtenance thereto, of the Bridgeport Gas Light Company.
