This was an action brought by appellants against appellees to recover damages on account of the death of Ferdinand Scorza by wrongful act of appellees. We shall refer to the parties as they were designated in the trial court. Diversity of citizenship between the plaintiffs and defendants was alleged in the complaint and it was alleged that Ferdinand Scorza, who was the father of the plaintiffs, was on the 1st day of November, 1951, fatally injured...
