This is a patent suit, originally instituted by Shellmar Products Corporation, a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware, but with its principal place of business at Mount Vernon, Ohio. The patent involved is one that issued to Irving Gurwick, being numbered 2,129,929, entitled "Improvement in Lamination".
