On May 28, 1952, R. A. Rosinbaum and wife, Fannie Rosinbaum, executed and delivered a warranty deed to W. C. Billingsley conveying 200 acres of land in Callahan County, Texas. The deed recited a consideration of $18,000, of which $9,600 was paid in cash and the Rosinbaums retained a vendor's lien to secure the payment of the balance of the consideration, in the sum of $8,400. Billingsley obtained a loan for $8,400 from Kansas City Life Insurance Company...
