Plaintiff recovered judgment in the sum of $3500 for personal injuries sustained as she attempted to alight from one of defendant's motor buses on which she was a passenger. Upon defendant's appeal to the St. Louis Court of Appeals, the judgment was reversed and the cause remanded on the ground plaintiff's petition pleaded and her evidence showed specific negligence and the trial court had erred in submitting the case to the jury under an instruction...
