This appeal is from a judgment declaring the rights of the parties with respect to certain action taken and proposed by the Floyd County School District and the Prestonsburg Independent School District. In particular the action sought an adjudication as to the effect a proposed merger of the two districts would have on $226,000 of school building revenue bonds to be issued by the City of Prestonsburg in co-operation with the Board of Education...
