Plaintiff, Lawrence Sampey, employed as an oil field "rough neck", instituted this suit against defendants, Southern Production Company, Inc., his employer, and the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, it insurer, endeavoring to recover workmen's compensation at the rate of $70 per week for a period of four hundred weeks, $1,000 for medical expenses, 20% of the entire judgment as attorney's fees, and penalties...
