This appeal presents a workmen's compensation suit in which plaintiff alleges that while in the employ of T. J. Moss Tie Company he sustained injuries which had the effect of totally and permanently disabling him from doing work of any reasonable character. The defendants are the said employer and its workmen's compensation liability insurer.
