Does the earned, undistributed net income of the trust which accumulated during the life of Pansy Bulis, life beneficiary of the trust, belong to her estate or does this fund belong to the remaindermen of the trust, namely: the testator's son B. F. Bulis, and his adopted sons, John B. Bulis and Charles R. Bulis? This is the first question presented by the appeal.
