Plaintiff's complaint entitled "Action in Assumpsit" alleges that on February 20, 1952, defendant was indebted to plaintiff in the sum of $20,235.84, for monies received by defendant for use of plaintiff, and that defendant promised plaintiff to pay him said sum of money on request.
