SICKEL, Judge.

This action was brought by Eva Nelson, plaintiff, against G. G. Stadel, defendant, to determine adverse claims to 1,040 acres of land in Corson county. The circuit court decided that plaintiff was the owner of the land under an executory contract of sale, and set aside a quitclaim deed signed by plaintiff after the execution and delivery of the contract, and which purported to cancel the contract. Defendant appealed.
