Here are appeals from two decrees affecting two lots of land in Anne Arundel County. The two cases were consolidated and heard together in open court before the chancellor.

In the first case the appellants, Elmer Ellsworth Nowell, Administrator, D.B.N.C.T.A. of the Estate of James R. Larrimore, deceased, and James F. Larrimore, on April 1, 1952, filed their third amended bill of complaint against the appellees...
