B. J. Livingston, Mrs. Elizabeth Davis, and Mrs. Vinetta Tomlinson, as administrators of the estate of J. H. W. Livingston, filed in the Court of Ordinary of Lanier County, Georgia, their petition for leave to sell certain lands owned by the deceased, J. H. W. Livingston.
