Edward Davey against Harry and Evelyn Masser and Warren Bitner, alleging that Davey is the president and a director of Accelerated Transport-Pony Express, Inc. of Hagerstown, Maryland, and the owner of fifty per cent of its outstanding common stock, being fifty per cent of all the stock entitled to vote, and that Harry Masser is a director and the owner of the other fifty per cent of...
