This was an action to vacate, cancel and set aside two quitclaim deeds executed by plaintiff in which the defendants Myrtle Robertson and her husband Paul Robertson appeared as grantees, and for judgment directing defendants to make, execute and deliver to plaintiff a sufficient conveyance divesting defendants of any right, title or interest in the real estate described therein and in the event of failure...
