An automobile owned by Henry Daniel, Sr., and operated by his son, Henry Daniel, Jr., was in collision with an automobile operated by Joseph M. Adorno, a minor. Daniel Sr., carried liability insurance with the Travelers Indemnity Company. After investigation Travelers determined that a compromise of Adorno's claim for personal injuries was advisable for all concerned and agreed to pay $2,500 in settlement...
