Robert Swindell has been found guilty of forcible rape and sentenced to seventeen years' imprisonment. The information appropriately charges, in the language of the statute, that Swindell and Olin Ray Ward forcibly ravished Hazel Weil, in Jasper County on the 4th day of April 1952.
