This is a damage suit brought against Robert E. Walsh and his liability insurer, the American Fire and Casualty Company, arising out of an automobile accident which occurred on April 25, 1947, near the City of Lake Charles in the Parish of Calcasieu. It is alleged in the petition that shortly before the accident the plaintiff, Christian, was riding as an invited guest in Walsh's 1942 model Willys sedan en route to Baton Rouge where the two of them...
