This is an action for damages brought by Robert Andrews, Jr., his wife and minor child against Patricia Raiber. In Count I of the petition Robert Andrews, Jr., sued for property damage and in Counts II and III his wife and daughter, respectively, sought damages for personal injuries, all arising out of an automobile collision.
