This suit was instituted by petitioner, husband and wife, against defendant, J. O. Willet, and his insurer Liberty Mutual Casualty Insurance Company, for damages resulting from an accident which occurred between a pickup truck driven by Mrs. Thibodaux and a truck and trailer being driven by an employee of defendant Willet.
