This action was by appellees, the Wrights, against appellant Montgomery in a form of trespass to try title and damages to approximately 59 acres of land in the Willie Rogers and James Osgood Survey in Collin County. Montgomery answered by plea of not guilty, general denial, limitations, and a cross-action which asserted that W. C. Wright entered into an oral contract with him whereby Wright agreed to sell to him the land involved for $1,325 in cash...
