This is an appeal from a judgment entered against the defendants and from an order of the trial court denying defendants' motions to set aside the judgment or to grant a new trial. The essential facts are as follows: On or about September 25, 1949, plaintiff insurance company issued a policy to Burrell Downing insuring defendants' automobile, including $75 deductible collision insurance.
