The complaint alleges that on November 22, 1950, plaintiff, as a real estate agent, entered into the services of defendants, at their request, to negotiate for them the purchase of a 300 acre tract of land owned by one Doberstein, at $35,000 cash; that defendants were to pay plaintiff a commission in the sum of $1,750; that plaintiff procured the agreement of all parties on the terms set...
