This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Christian County in a condemnation proceeding brought by Kamo Electric Co-operative, a corporation, to acquire an easement over and across the lands of the defendants for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and operating its electric transmission lines.
