Jacob Resler died testate in 1949 leaving only post-1927 community property of himself and his widow, Fay Lieberman Resler. The widow's appeal from a decree of final distribution which also settles the executors' final account requires a construction of the will in connection with questions regarding the distribution of the property and payment of certain charges against the estate. Also in issue is the approval of an allowance to the widow for maintenance...
