This is an action to recover damages for the alleged breach of a contract between plaintiff and the Bureau of Reclamation. Under this contract plaintiff agreed to perform earthwork and erect structures for an irrigation canal in the Deschutes Project in the state of Oregon, for the unit prices fixed and agreed upon in the contract.
