From a judgment rendered by the court, sitting without a jury, awarding additional architect's fees for services rendered by plaintiff's decedent, both parties appeal. Defendant attacks the judgment in its entirety, while plaintiff's appeal is "based solely on that part of the judgment wherein" recovery of interest is denied.
