This suit grows out of the sale of restaurant equipment by complainant Sky Chefs to the defendant Sherman Pryor. Sky Chefs appeals from a decree based upon a finding that it breached the contract of sale by failing to make delivery on April 1, 1952, as the Chancellor thought the contract required.

The purpose of the bill, filed May 3, 1952, was to enjoin a replevin action...
