The conviction is for possession of whisky in a dry area for the purpose of sale; the punishment, enhanced by reason of a former conviction for a like offense, six months in jail and a fine of $400.

A prior conviction was reversed for failure of the trial court to charge on circumstantial evidence. Williams v. State, Tex.Cr.App., 263 S.W.2d 776.
