Appellant, as beneficiary under a policy of insurance issued by the respondent, brought this action to recover $5,000 payable to her under the terms of said policy in the event of the death of said insured "as the result, directly and independently of all other causes, of bodily injuries caused solely by external, violent, and accidental means."

This appeal is taken from the judgment that plaintiff take nothing.
