This is an appeal by the plaintiff and appellant from an order denying a motion for a new trial. The complaint upon which the action was tried seeks to recover $6,800 actual damages and $5,000 punitive damages upon a hybrid cause of action partaking of both trespass and conversion. The property involved consists of a four room dwelling house situated on Lot 5, Block 2 of the East Side Addition to the city of Coleharbor and certain personal property...
