This matter is before us on an appeal from an order of the Secretary of Revenue of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania suspending appellant's operator's license for an indefinite period of time, by reason of his failure to comply with the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act of June 1, 1945, P. L. 1340, as amended, 75 PS §1277, et seq. The appeal was taken in accordance with section 2(b) of the Act of 1945...
