Defendant Felix Williams was tried and convicted on three indictments charging twenty-one violations of the narcotics laws, 21 U.S.C.A. § 174, and 26 U.S.C.A. §§ 2553(a) and 2557(a). The three cases were consolidated for trial in the court below and on appeal to this court.
