Rogers, endeavoring to recover property and personal damage in the amount of $1,850.65, incurred by virtue of a collision between the automobiles, owned and operated by Parr and Rogers, in Gentilly Highway near the Seven Mile Post on October 8, 1950, at about ten o'clock...
