BUCHANAN, Justice.

Frank Parsons Thomas, an employee of the Coakleys, trading as Southern Dry Cleaning Company, died from injuries received in a collision between a truck he was driving for the Coakleys and an automobile operated by Dinwiddie W. Dodd. The widow of Thomas made claim against the Coakleys under the Workmen's Compensation Act and the Industrial Commission made an award to her which was being paid by the insurance carrier of the Coakleys.
