This suit was filed October 2, 1952, under Section 503 of the Nationality Act of 1940, as amended, 54 Stat. 1171, 8 U.S.C. § 903, now 8 U.S.C.A. § 1503, and under Rule 57 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C.A., for a declaratory judgment of citizenship.
