This was a suit brought by J. J. Perkins and wife, Nellie Perkins, and Russell Perkins as plaintiffs complaining of Fred W. Shield, L. E. Mitchell, and Bert Wade as defendants. Wade, having filed a disclaimer, was not considered further and neither was Russell Perkins as he was only an agricultural tenant.
