WHITTLE, Justice.

Cavalier Vending Corporation sought and obtained a temporary injunction against the State Board of Pharmacy, restraining the Board from enforcing the provisions of Chapter 298, Acts of Assembly, 1952 Code, § 18-89.1. After a hearing the court dissolved the injunction and dismissed the bill. The prayer of the bill having been for relief of "all others engaged in like or similar business", Eric Reisfeld alleged that he was aggrieved by the decree...
