This is a suit wherein the plaintiff seeks damages for injuries to his reputation and the ruin of his trade and profession. By virtue of a judgment rendered in the lower court on July 16, 1951, it was dismissed as of non-suit as being violative of the provisions of Code Prac. Art. 172.
