This is a suit for a declaratory judgment to construe a contract. It was brought by plaintiffs, Charlie Burgett, Chester Burgett and Edna Duncan Rader, who are heirs at law of Mrs. J. W. (Joe B.) Conway, deceased, against Texas Christian University, residuary legatee under Mrs. Conway's will, and against Joe K. Orndorff and Robert M.
