Appellant was convicted for the offense of unlawfully possessing whiskey and beer for the purpose of sale in a dry area after two prior convictions of offenses of like character alleged for the purpose of enhancement; the punishment, eighteen months in jail and a fine of $350.

The state introduced proof that Wheeler County was a dry area and evidence was offered to support the two prior convictions alleged.
