This is a suit for compensatory damages for personal injuries brought by appellee as plaintiff against appellant as defendant. By cross-action the defendant made Alphonse Monroe a party to the suit and sought to recover against him any judgment that might be recovered by plaintiff against defendant. The injuries to plaintiff resulted from an accident when an employee of defendant Southwestern Freight Lines, driving a tractor with a heavily loaded...
