OPINION BY WRIGHT, J., January 19, 1954:

Thomas J. Franceschino brought an action in trespass to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when he was pinned against a loading platform by a truck owned by appellants, hereinafter referred to as Mack. The jury returned a verdict for Franceschino, and Mack filed motions for judgment n.o.v., and for a new trial. The lower court refused to grant these motions, and judgment was entered on the verdict.
