The plaintiff brought suit in this court pursuant to Section 13(b) of the Contract Settlement Act of 1944.1 The plaintiff is suing for $18,934.88, representing charitable contributions made by it during the years 1942 to 1945 on the ground that the contributions are reimbursable costs under its cost-plus-fixed-fee contract with the War Department (now the Department of the Army.)
