This is a conviction for the sale of whiskey in a dry area; the punishment, a fine of $625.

It was stipulated that Hall County was a dry area.

The state's testimony shows that R. M. Barba and Lynn C. Burke, Inspectors for the Texas Liquor Control Board, contacted appellant in a cafe and told him they wanted to buy some whiskey, and that appellant replied that he had it for sale. The inspectors went with appellant in his automobile...
