This is an action in mandamus brought against defendant board to compel the payment of certain additional moneys as retirement allowance to plaintiff, who is a member of the retirement system for public school employes established by the Act of July 18, 1917, P.L. 1043, 24 PS § 2081, as amended. The complaint alleges that plaintiff, because of superannuation, retired at the age of 64 as an employe in the public schools of the City...
