Action in unlawful detainer to recover possession of a store described as 139 West Lake street, Minneapolis, after expiration of lease thereon. The premises were utilized by the lessee, defendant Joe Hackl, and his sublessee, defendant John Otto, as a "restaurant, cafe, tavern, or milk bar."
