The only question presented by this appeal is whether the claim of the appellant, W. F. Sebel Company, in this bankruptcy proceedings is barred by § 355 of the Bankruptcy Act of 1938, 52 Stat. 910, 11 U.S.C.A. § 755, which provides in presently material part for the filing of claims of this nature "within three months after the first date set for the first meeting of creditors".1 The appellant appeals from...
