This is an action for a declaratory judgment to determine whether plaintiff hospital district is a validly organized municipal corporation and has a legal right to issue certain general obligation bonds in the amount of $110,000. The action was commenced under the provisions of RCW 7.24.010 et seq. and RCW 7.24.150 et seq.
