This is an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff when a bus of the defendant company struck a car plaintiff was driving near the intersection of 27th Street and Raytown Road in Jackson County, Missouri. A jury returned a verdict in plaintiff's favor in the sum of $10,000. The trial court sustained defendant's motion for new trial on the ground that the court erred in giving plaintiff's instruction...
